Dominique Lueckenhoff

Dominique Lueckenhoff is Executive Vice President for Corporate Affairs, EHS & Sustainability at Hugo Neu Corporation, where she leads sustainability strategy, EHS programs, green business growth, and development of renewable energy and advanced treatment technologies. She also supports climate-resilient redevelopment of Kearny Point, Hugo Neu’s innovative 130+ acre industrial campus in New Jersey. With more than 30 years of experience in environmental policy, public health, and sustainability—and degrees in Microbiology, Biophysics, and Chemistry as a National Science Foundation Fellow—she is widely recognized for her leadership in green infrastructure, watershed restoration, and community-centered environmental restoration- community based public-private-partnerships. Her prior EPA career included senior executive roles building award-winning national programs and advancing equitable water and infrastructure solutions, and her current innovation work includes pioneering biochar-based technologies for legacy pollutants and PFAS.
