Rebecca Fanning is the Director of Resilience & Natural Resource Management for the Town of Sullivan’s Island. She received a master’s degrees in environmental science and public administration from the College of Charleston, where her research focused on the interaction between degraded stream morphology and effects on riparian plant communities.
