Seametrics

Nov. 28, 2013

The iMAG-Series are the first Seametrics magmeters to incorporate EcoFloMAG technology, recently developed by Seametrics engineers. The new platform, which will eventually be universal to the company’s entire magmeter family, is a dramatic improvement upon the technology and will enable greater product flexibility and competitiveness in the market.

The iMAG-Series products are certified to NSF/ANSI 61-G to conform to federal regulations for 2014. The IP-68 rating allows for usage in applications requiring direct burial and submersion. Modbus Architecture is an available option for easy system integration, and pulse and 4-20mA outputs are available. The iMAG-Series fits pipe configurations with little space between elbow and meter. The series is available for 3-inch to 12-inch pipe sizes. The meter is perfect for use in filtration systems, pump stations, industrial and municipal water and wastewater, cooling tower water treatment, and packaged plants. Microplastics that were fragmented from larger plastics are called secondary microplastics; they are known as primary microplastics if they originate from small size produced industrial beads, care products or textile fibers.
