EPA renewed its “Memorandum of Understanding Regarding Cooperation in Decentralized Wastewater Management” in a ceremony at EPA Headquarters on Nov. 19 alongside the other 15 current and three new partner organizations – International Association for Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, National Rural Water Association, and the National Association of Homebuilders. EPA and the partner organizations will continue to seek improvements to wastewater treatment for over 26 million homes nationwide.
