National Mayor’s Challenge for Water Conservation: April 1-30

Feb. 28, 2015

It’s time to sign up for the 2015 National Mayor’s Challenge for Water Conservation. City leaders and utility managers sign up free. Last year, the campaign drew residents from over 3,600 cities. This program is a ready-made platform for cities and water utilities to promote sustainable behaviors, reduce environmental impacts and help communities save water and money. Pledges are common sense and demonstrate how water conservation reduces stress on infrastructure, saves energy, promotes drought resiliency and protects natural resources.
