    TRACKING PADS  Tracking Pads are pre-manufactured rubber mats consisting of multiple rubber blocks designed to reduce sediment from entering onto roadways, and should be located where traffic enters or exits the construction site. As a temporary feature, they are used to reduce the amount of mud and gravel tracked onto paved public roads, and can be moved from site to site.
