EnviroCert Enters Licensing Agreement with ESCA Canada
EnviroCert Intl. Inc.’s (ECI) board of directors announced that ECI has completed a two-year negotiation and entered into a licensing agreement with Erosion Sediment Control Assn. of Canada (ESCAC).
"ECI has found that local entities such as ESCAC provide a more tailored approach to local governmental rules, practices and issues. However, the depth and breadth of knowledge as well as diversity provided by ECI on an industry level provides an organization such as ESCAC and their registrants many benefits," Robert W. Anderson, ECI's executive director, said in a letter to ECI members. "The most important of these benefits is being associated with ECI, an organization that is the international gold-standard and largest certifying body in the storm water community."Â
The official signing of the license agreement was held at the Embassy Suites Portland Hotel Feb. 17, 2015 at the International Erosion Control Assn.'s National Environmental Conference.
