Improved and combined benefits of hydraulic mulches, hydraulic growth mediums and biotic soil amendments are packaged into a single product. The products can reduce or eliminate the need for topsoil or compost additions while providing laboratory-proven erosion control and revegetation benefits. The agronomically engineered system of organic fibers, soil stabilizers, and natural plant and microbial growth stimulators are premixed, packaged and applied together in a single hydraulic application.
