At its annual conferene in February, the International Erosion Control Association (IECA) named its 2024 Emerging Leaders, one of whom is Nathan Collier. Collier is an environmental project manager/area lead at POWER Engineers, Inc. In this interview, Collier discusses his career path and why he enjoys this industry, shares advice and more.
