StormTrap Acquires Fresh Creek

ROMEOVILLE, IL and CEDAR GROVE, NJ, Oct. 8, 2015– StormTrap, LLC, and Fresh Creek Technologies, Inc. today announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement under which StormTrap will acquire Fresh Creek in a stock transaction. The agreement was unanimously approved by the boards of directors of both companies.
