In less than one week, exhibitors and attendees will be descending on New Orleans for the 87th annual WEFTEC, held this year Sept. 27 to Oct. 1.
The show features 45 technical sessions; 35 workshops; 11 mobile sessions; eight facility tours; and about 1,000 exhibiting companies. The exhibition also will include WEF’s specialized exhibit pavilions—the Innovation Showcase and Pavilion, the Stormwater Pavilion, and more than six pavilions representing different countries.
The Innovation Showcase features several forward-looking educational sessions relevant to utilities, investors, strategic partners, entrepreneurs and technology providers. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and WEF are holding sessions throughout WEFTEC to address key questions about water sustainability and EPA’s Water Technology Innovation Blueprint.
In addition to the many sights and learning opportunities happening around the convention center, there will be solution providers showcasing their own innovations.
