Innovative Applied Solutions (IAS) is a state-certified (North Carolina Department of Administration & North Carolina Department of Transportation) WBE/DBE/HUB manufacturer of water quality skimmers, which are used to drain sediment basins on construction sites by removing the cleanest water from the surface of the basin at a controlled rate and leaving the sediment behind. Headquartered in Jamestown, North Carolina, our manufacturing facility is located in Raleigh, North Carolina.
