Great Connections is a biannual conference co-organized by International Erosion Control Assn. (IECA) Chapters. This year will be hosted in La Crosse, Wis., by the Great Lakes, Great Rivers Chapters and Northern Plains Chapters along with the city of La Crosse. The conference will bring together contractors, storm water professionals, designers and planners from the host chapters’ 12 states & four provinces (Ill., Ind., Mich., Ohio, Wis., Iowa, Kan., Mo., Neb., N.D., S.D., Minn., ON, AB, SK, MB) and the bordering IECA chapter regions.
