Kathryn Edwards, P.E.
Project Manager
Arcadis U.S. Inc., 

Ms. Edwards is a project manager for Arcadis U.S. Inc., located in the Wakefield, Mass. office.
She has worked on a variety of storm water permitting projects over the past 8 years. She has
direct experience with all 6 minimum control measures of the NPDES Phase II MS4 permit, with
special emphasis on illicit discharge detection and elimination programs, ordinances and
regulations, municipal good housekeeping, and GIS mapping of storm water conveyance systems
and watersheds. She has worked successfully with many regulatory agencies and departments.
Ms. Edwards is a graduate of Roger Williams University in Rhode Island with a degree in
Environmental Engineering. She holds a Professional Engineering license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
