Enssolutions Group Announces Resignation of CEO

Enssolutions Group Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of environmentally responsible emulsion products for a wide variety of industrial and commercial market demands including process dust and erosion control, recently reported the resignation of its CEO, David Howe, and the promotion of Phillip Moruzi to interim CEO.

“We are excited and energized to have Phillip Moruzi move into the role of interim CEO. Mr. Moruzi brings outstanding production, application and marketing experience that will drive the company upward into 2012 and future years,” said Darren Dierich, chief financial officer of Enssolutions.

The company says Howe resigned for personal reasons and to focus on other pursuits, and Moruzi will serve as interim CEO while a search is conducted for a permanent CEO.
