Consulting Firm Skelly and Loy Hires Registered Landscape Architect

Consulting firm Skelly and Loy announced it has hired registered landscape architect Carrol F. Ehrhart to the firm’s environmental engineering group.

Ehrhart brings more than 30 years of experience in subdivision and land planning, adding comprehensive site design to the firm’s services portfolio. Ehrhart also has experience preparing site feasibility analyses, layout plans, grading, storm water and utility designs, and is certified for preparation of erosion and sedimentation control planning.

Ehrhart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in landscape architecture from Penn State. She is a registered land architect in Pennsylvania, and is a certified professional in erosion and sedimentation control.
