Monteco Ltd. Merges Water, Composites Businesses Under Pelicas Corp.

Monteco Ltd. announced it has integrated all of its water-related companies—Imbrium Systems, Green Turtle Technologies and Filamat Composites—under the umbrella of one new business, the Pelicas Corp.

“We have invested in and nurtured these companies, and they have grown beyond our expectations regarding technological innovation and excellence. We have established a global footprint that will allow us to ignite further growth,” said Scott Monteith, president and CEO of Monteco. “This new management structure is all about synergy, focus, discipline and efficiency as we continue to drive towards customer excellence.”

The Pelicas Corp. will be led by Roland DuBois as president and CEO. DuBois has been a part of Monteco’s management since 2004, heading Green Turtle Americas.
