Hydro Intl. Appoints Clive Evans as International Business Director

Hydro Intl. appointed Clive Evans as international business director to help implement a strategy of accelerated growth in the company’s international markets.

In the newly created position, Evans will work to achieve significant international sales growth for Hydro’s storm water and wastewater technologies such as the Hydro-Brake Flow Control (known as Reg-u-Flo Vortex Flow Control in North America), HeadCell Grit Separator and the Downstream Defender hydrodynamic separator.

Evans has a broad range of experience in developing international business and has previously held the positions of European marketing manager for ICI Paints, sales manager for Asia (FMCG Brand Protection) with De La Rue, and sales & marketing manager for Lexar Media in northern Europe.

“International sales growth is now top of the business agenda for Hydro,” said Evans. “I believe the opportunities for Hydro’s low-maintenance, sustainable technologies are extremely promising across Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions. Our ambition is to extend Hydro’s reach globally, aggressively targeting new sales territories as well as expanding our operations in existing markets.”
