NJDEP Issues New Certification Notice

Updated requirements on storm water MTDs

On Sept. 1, the New Jersey Department of Protection (NJDEP) released a new notice regarding storm water manufactured treatment devices. The new certification information took effect immediately, and is available at www.njstormwater.org/treatment.html.
