U.S. EPA Withdraws Proposed Numeric Effluent Limit Rule

On Aug. 12, for the purpose of collecting more data, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) withdrew its proposed rule setting forth revisions to the numeric effluent limit for construction site runoff.
