Windjammer Capital Acquires JWC Environmental

Windjammer Capital Investors, a national private equity firm, has acquired the operations of JWC Environmental from Joseph W. Chambers Jr. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

"Windjammer will provide JWC with access to capital and operating resources that will position us for growth through accelerated new product development, market expansion and other strategic initiatives,” Windjammer President Ronald A. Duecker said in a press release.

JWC's senior management team will continue to lead the company and implement strategic and operational plans.
