HOBAS Pipe USA Employee Awarded the 2011 Harry P. Croft Award
John Mele, area manager for HOBAS Pipe USA, has been awarded the 2011 Harry P. Croft Award. This award is presented annually to a member of the New Jersey Water Environment Assn. (NJWEA) for his/her distinguished and outstanding service to the association or the field of water pollution control.
Mele has been in the industry for more than 30 years and has been actively involved with the NJWEA for more than 20 years. He was a NJWEA representative to the Water Environment Federation (WEF) House of Delegates. In addition, he has served as president of the central section of the NJWEA and serves on state level committees within NJWEA and is a member of New York Water Environment Assn.
