WI Environmental to Present at Environmental Expo in China
WI Environmental, a provider of heavy metals remediation, announced the company’s inclusion in the 12th China International Environmental Protection Exhibition Conference 2011 in Beijing. Sponsored by the Ministry of Environmental Protection P.R.C. and exclusively organized by China Association of Environmental Protection Industry, the event is a showcase for innovative environmental technologies, products and services from around the world.
“We are thrilled to be part of this important exposition to showcase our XR-88 remediation technology,” said Tim Wandell, founder and president of WI Environmental. “We’re already seeing successful results cleaning up heavy metals and poisons in China through our work with Chinese companies, and we look forward to helping other companies address this important health and environmental issue.”
WI Environmental’s trademarked chemical XR-88 remediates and turns benign heavy metals and poisons, making them harmless to the environment. WI Environmental is active in environmental cleanup in China, being recently approved by Hengyang Governments Coordination of Chromium Pollution Leading Group, in which testing showed XR-88 meets the China National Standard for chromium residue.
In addition to treating hexavalent chromium, WI Environmental’s XR-88 can be used to treat contaminated storm water runoff, acid mine drainage and reduce greenhouse gas emissions from coal-fired power plants.
WI Environmental aims to bring any contaminated site into total compliance with state and federal laws, using its trademarked XR-88 process.
