Mark Linsenmayer Joins PB
Mark Linsenmayer has been named a consultant in the Orange, Calif., office of Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB), a global infrastructure strategic consulting, engineering and program/construction management organization.
In his new position, Linsenmayer will assist and advise clients on planning and delivering transportation infrastructure, with emphasis on financial planning, economic feasibility, revenue projections and opportunities for private sector participation.
Linsenmayer has an extensive background in transportation planning and finance, and has provided strategic consulting advice to clients in numerous states and in a variety of international settings. Prior to joining PB, he delivered consulting services throughout Southern California in support of clients’ parking policy, alternative transportation, and land use development project needs. He previously served as a transportation planner in Orange County and as a financial advisor in New York City, where he provided quantitative analysis and transaction expertise for various infrastructure projects.
Linsenmayer received a B.A. in political science from the University of Washington, a master’s degree in public administration and policy from the University of Colorado and a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from University of California, Irvine. He is a member of the American Planning Assn., International Economic Development Council, Urban Land Institute and the Society for College and University Professionals.
