XP Software Offers Two Training Events

XP Software is offering two events for water quality and storm water training this spring.

Water Quality 101, a free webinar, will take place March 31 at 4 p.m. The webinar will review water quality monitoring, including land use, event mean concentration, build up, and wash off of pollutant. Bob Carr, P.E., will host the event. Registration is available online.

The Stormwater Modeling, Floodplain Modeling and Southern California Methodologies course will take place April 18 to 20 in Los Angeles. Attendees can choose to attend one, two or three days of training. Day one will cover the basics of creating a hydrologic and hydraulic 1D storm water model, day two will cover open channel or river modeling and day three will cover Los Angeles County Hydrologic and Hydraulic design tools.

The training will provide Continuing Education Credits, and attendees will receive a $500 voucher for future software purchases. Visit the XP Software website to register.
