MC Endeavors Inc. announced its subsidiary CENTIUUM Holdings Inc. signed a distributor agreement with StormTech LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Advanced Drainage Systems Inc. (ADS), to sell and install its storm water drainage and holding systems in Korea and Malaysia. Founded in 1966 in Columbus, Ohio, ADS serves the storm water and wastewater industries through a global network of 49 domestic and international manufacturing plants and 22 distribution centers. In addition to its flagship pipe products, the company offers a complete line of filtration systems and StormTech storm water chambers.

“Jay Molnar, director of international sales for ADS, visited Korea with our COO Richard Sohn and was excited to see the interest from both the Korean and Malaysian governments in saving and retaining storm water underground and eliminating existing holding ponds that take up valuable real estate,” said Tim Algier, CEO of MC Endeavors and president of CENTIUUM.

“We expect this market to be a million-dollar market within the next two years. We currently have our initial CENTIUUM project scheduled to break ground during the first quarter of 2011 with the city of Gwangyang, Korea,” said Molnar.

CENTIUUM Holdings Inc., a subsidiary of MC Endeavors Inc., is an international smart-home builder and self-sustaining community developer utilizing green technologies such as solar-, wind- and biogas-powered generators along with water remediation and water retention storage systems.
