Central Fiber Acquires Southwest Environment Services
Central Fiber LLC, a provider of erosion control products, announced it has acquired the business and assets of Southwest Environment Services Inc. (SES), a manufacturing and services company specializing in erosion control products and application. According to Central Fiber, the acquisition will enhance its erosion control product line, supply chain and distribution network.
The purchase of SES, which is based in Tyler, Texas, further increases Central Fiber's share of the erosion control market. "The combination of Southwest Environment’s management, facilities and products with our established products will provide our customers increased service and value," said Darren Traub, president and CEO of Central Fiber. "The acquisition will also result in greater efficiencies and easier access to important markets.”
