Stantec Hires Paul Kinshella as Senior Project Manager
Stantec recently hired Paul Kinshella as senior project manager for the Environmental Infrastructure practice in the company’s Phoenix office. With nearly 40 years of engineering experience, Kinshella bolsters Stantec’s local experience in the water/wastewater and flood control sector, having served the greater Phoenix area for more than 20 years. In his new role, Kinshella will leverage his experience with public sector projects and industry leadership to support Stantec’s new business development and project work. The announcement is made by Senior Associate Maria Brady.
“Paul brings a tremendous skill set and industry perspective to the Stantec team with his experience in the public sector and demonstrated record of public service,” Brady said.
Prior to joining Stantec, Kinshella concluded 20 years with the Phoenix Water Services Department, including a seven-year post as the superintendent of the city’s Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Capital Program. In that role, he directed and implemented a program for the design of capital improvements to the city’s water treatment, wastewater treatment and water reclamation facilities.
Kinshella is also involved in a number of industry organizations, including serving as the Water Environment Federation delegate from Arizona, the past chair of the Water Environment Federation Reuse Committee and past president of the AZ Water Assn. Kinshella is a member of the American Public Works Assn., Water Environment Federation and Arizona Water Assn.
