Profile Products LLC Recognizes Distributor Efforts at Annual Awards Ceremony
Each year, prior to the hustle and bustle of the International Erosion Control Assn.’s annual conference, Profile Products LLC spends an evening recognizing its key distribution partners in the erosion control industry. Profile’s annual distributor awards dinner took place the night prior to the opening of the tradeshow, which was held in Dallas, Texas. Twelve different awards were given to sales representatives and companies for their efforts during the last year, with awards ranging from Most Outstanding Project to the Top Gun prize for total overall sales.
“Our distributors do amazing work out in the field to support our company and our products,” said Marc S. Theisen, vice president of erosion control solutions for Profile Products. “We always look forward to this event to recognize that hard work, and to say thank you to all of our distributors.”
During the ceremony, Profile handed out both individual and company awards. Pennington Seed received the Top Gun award as the total sales leader, and was also honored for agronomic excellence with the Ground Assault award. ACF West received the President’s Club award for sustained excellence in the industry.
Another 2009 award winner, Bobby Thomas with Reel Neet Erosion Control, was named the GreenArmor Gladiator for his Turf Reinforcement Mat promotion. Reel Neet also received a company award for Most Outstanding Project on the MEP Pipeline.
JMD Co. was recognized for most rapid growth with the In The Fast Lane award.
Six individuals were honored with the Sharp Shooter award, including Michael Ramy, Ramy Turf; Bruce Berlin, S&S Seeds; Wes Martin, Pennington Seed; Pat Gowan, ACF West; Don Thieman, ASP Enterprises; and Carey Witt, GeoSolutions Inc.
“These individuals proficiently represent our products in the field, and offer extensive knowledge and contributions to the industry,” Theisen said. “We are fortunate to partner with talented people in every region of the country.”
