Insituform Appoints New NAR Services Vice President

Insituform Technologies Inc. has announced that it appointed Charles "Chuck" E. Voltz as vice president of NAR Services, effective Dec. 18, 2008.

Voltz comes to Insituform from Veolia Water North America-West LLC, located in Pleasant Hill, Calif., where he had served as president since 2007. Voltz will oversee wetout operations, estimating, procurement and asset management for North America.

“Chuck’s technical expertise and engineering background are perfectly suited to effectively lead our North American regions. His experience in the water and wastewater industries is an asset to Insituform,” said Joe Burgess, president and chief executive officer of Insituform Technologies.

Voltz earned a bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University in Water Resources Engineering and his master's in environmental engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a licensed professional engineer and has more than 30 years experience providing expert technical support to water and wastewater, engineering and construction projects nationwide.
