Profile Products Names Western Territory Market Development Manager

Kurt Chirbas recently joined Profile Products LLC as the market development manager for the Western territory, responsible for driving erosion control product sales, industry education and research opportunities across more than a dozen states.

Chirbas is certified as a professional engineer with more than 23 years of experience within the civil, environmental and construction fields. His experience includes roles in marketing, distribution, product manufacturing, research and development, design and construction. Prior to joining Profile Products, Chirbas worked as a project engineer and manager for Advanced Concrete Technologies in Loomis, Calif. He also spent eight years as a Western regional sales manager with Profile's turf reinforcement matting partner, Colbond Inc.

"Kurt has a proven track record in business development, client relationships and erosion control technologies," said Marc S. Theisen, vice president of erosion control solutions for Profile Products. "We are confident that his efforts and expertise will pay large dividends as we continue to drive business in the Western U.S. and Canada."

Chirbas holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Purdue University.
