Bio Clean Environmental Inc., a full-service storm water filtration company, announced that William Overton will join the team as the company’s Storm Water Consultant. The company has been helping reduce storm water runoff pollution of bays and beaches for more than 10 years.

Overton will assist engineers, regulators, developers, land owners and contractors in complying with the ever-changing and sensitive storm water regulations in the western U.S. He is an accomplished environmental project manager with extensive experience and knowledge in the environmental services field. He will provide solutions to compliance issues in the most effective and economically feasible way possible. This includes analyzing various options and providing the client with the drawbacks and advantages of each option. Overton will ensure that Bio Clean customers meet their water quality goals and will provide them with extensive knowledge on the products and services the company has to offer.
