The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has updated and improved its electronic notice of intent (eNOI) system, which allows construction sites and industrial facilities seeking storm water permit coverage to file forms electronically.
The EPA has released an entirely new version of this system, which will make it easier for permit seekers to obtain and terminate coverage under EPA construction general permits, modify and amend previously filed forms, calculate and file a low-erosivity waiver and more. The new system will be expanded to include multisector general permits for industrial activities when this permit is finalized.
