MACTEC Engineering & Consulting (MACTEC E&C) has promoted Peter J. Campbell, P.E.; Richard J. Manser, P.G.; Terry S. Smith; and Samuel M. Watson, P.E. to vice president. Bruce C. Coles, president of MACTEC E&C and chairman and chief operating officer of MACTEC Inc., the holding company, made the announcement.

Campbell joined MACTEC in 2001 and serves as the San Diego office manager. Manser spearheads all San Francisco Bay Area operations and the Sacramento, Calif., office. Smith is based in Knoxville, Tenn., and serves as construction services manager of MACTEC's North Division. Watson, who has been with MACTEC for nine years, is located in Austin, Texas, and oversees operations for the firm's Dallas, Houston and Oklahoma offices.
