Beacon, N.Y., Hosting Storm Water Conference
The Seventh Annual Southeast New York Stormwater Conference and Trade Show will take place at the Dutchess Manor in Beacon, N.Y., Oct. 17 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The conference will provide information on new Phase II storm water permits, and dual tracks will cover case studies, education programs for reducing phosphorous and cost estimates and requirements for maintaining storm water facilities. Leading storm water management professionals will showcase products as well.
The event is sponsored by the Lower Hudson Coalition of Conservation Districts, including the Dutchess County Soil and Water Conservation District and the Hudson Valley Regional Council.
