Veteran Project Manager Joins WilsonMiller

Sandra Jean Newell, P.E. has joined WilsonMiller as a project manager in the firm’s Port Charlotte office. With 24 years of experience in a variety of public and private civil engineering disciplines, Newell has managed a wide range of government projects covering building sites, roads, and sidewalks, as well as private commercial projects involving condominiums and subdivisions.

In addition, she spent eight years with Sarasota County, serving four years as storm water division manager for the Sarasota County Public Works Department and four years as an engineering section supervisor and roadway design engineer in the design section of the Sarasota County Transportation Department.
