Eric Mosolgo, P.E., C.F.M. has joined RBF Consulting (RBF) as an Associate and Director of Storm Water Management in the firm's San Diego office.

Mosolgo brings over 11 years of professional engineering experience in design, analysis and project management of a variety of complex and innovative water resources and drainage projects. He has extensive technical knowledge in the preparation and management of regional watershed, water quality and floodplain studies, and he assists in the processing and development of environmental permit reports.

For the past eight years, he has worked extensively in the San Diego region and gained expertise related to drainage, water quality and floodplain ordinances for all local municipalities and governing agencies.
