2020 IECA Annual Conference Wrap-Up

The 2020 IECA Annual Conference & Expo took place from Feb. 23-26 in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Though the 2020 IECA Annual Conference & Expo began on Feb. 22 with certification courses, the exhibit floor and educational sessions kicked off on Feb. 24.

Not before Keynote Speaker Kevin Snyder had the crowd sing “Don’t Stop Believin’ during “Keynote Karaoke” and dancing to get out of their comfort zones, though. Snyder spoke on “The Ripple Effect: Success Strategies from Extraordinary Leaders,” which he said has four parts; belief, growth mindset, vision for change and action.
