Turning the page

There is an adage that says the only constant is change.

And as the end of the year comes, we have been brainstorming how to best serve our readers as we move forward in this digital-first world.

In 2026, there will be no standalone print edition of Stormwater Solutions. Rather, our sister publications WaterWorld and Roads & Bridges will feature special sections of Stormwater Solutions in their print magazines. In the pages of those two magazines, you will be able to find features just like you are used to in this magazine. Stormwater is enmeshed in those two infrastructure sectors. We often talk about the One Water movement, so our content that will be published in WaterWorld will explore how stormwater fits into the drinking water and wastewater sectors. Similarly, when it comes to roads and bridges, you cannot build those vital infrastructure elements without stormwater management and runoff efforts.  So, in the pages of Roads & Bridges, you will find articles on how stormwater management fits into major infrastructure projects.

To be clear, Stormwater Solutions is not going away. In fact, we are continuing to grow our digital platform. SWS will still offer the same resourceful content that lived in our magazine pages, but with our strong digital presence, we can bring you content in a quicker manner. From our daily news items to weekly video interviews, our website will continue to offer you the latest news, trends and products happening in the stormwater industry with some new elements forthcoming.

As always, my inbox is open at [email protected] for you to share your thoughts, comments, questions and concerns. I hope this holiday season brings you health and happiness, and we will see you in WaterWorld and Roads & Bridges in 2026!
