StormTrap Granted New Patent

StormTrap LLC has been granted a new patent by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (PTO). The issuance of U.S. Patent 8,770,890 B2 covers various aspects of StormTrap LLC's second generation modular concrete storm water management system. The company already holds a U.S. design patent for the new ornamental aspects of this product. StormTrap is seeking further patents in the U.S.,and has been granted several foreign patents on these innovations.

"The second generation of our product provides a more efficient, cost effective and resilient solution to managing storm water detention and retention. The patent adds to our international catalogue of intellectual property rights and substantially strengthens our presence in the industry," stated David Plummer, president, StormTrap LLC.
