Oldcastle Precast Inc. acquires assets of KriStar Enterprises Inc.

Oldcastle Precast Inc., a manufacturer of North American infrastructure projects, has acquired the assets of KriStar Enterprises Inc. The purchase includes three manufacturing locations in California and all related intellectual property.

KriStar was founded in 1993 and has developed storm water management products that meet federal, state and local regulations. Oldcastle Precast will focus on marketing these solutions to regulators, owners, and civil and environmental engineers nationwide.

This acquisition follows Oldcastle Precast’s launch of StormCapture detention and retention products and products including the FloGard Dual Vortex, FloGard PerkFilter and Bio-Mod brands. 

Oldcastle Precast also will continue to manufacture a broad range of storm water products and alternative storm water technologies marketed and sold by the company’s existing partners.
