Urban Engineers names new senior vice president of strategic operations

Urban Engineers, Inc. has appointed William C. Brooks as senior vice president and director of strategic operations, bringing nearly four decades of infrastructure leadership experience to the firm’s executive team.

In the role, Brooks will oversee strategic operations, support organizational efficiency and work with business unit leaders to advance long-term growth and client service initiatives. He most recently served as senior vice president of capital delivery at NJ TRANSIT, where he led a $9 billion, five-year capital program. His background also includes leadership roles with the Delaware River Port Authority, as well as consulting experience with major engineering firms.
