Royal Environmental Systems Licenses Percoa Technology

Percoa USA LLC and Royal Environmental Systems (a division of Royal Enterprises America) announced an agreement for Royal Environmental to license Percoa USA's patented technology and manufacture and distribute Percoa precast pervious concrete slabs and pavers.

Percoa USA is the first and only company to patent a precast pervious concrete system, manufacturing methods, and related water filtration systems. Royal Environmental Systems, a leader in the manufacturing of concrete structures and development of storm water treatment structures, supplies a full line of storm water, sediment and erosion control solutions.

"Percoa patented precast pervious concrete slabs and pavers integrate with other Royal Environmental Systems' supplied products, such as ecoStorm and ecoStorm plus and Cultec. Adding Percoa, we can provide comprehensive solutions to retain, filter and treat, and store storm water on site," said Brian Seubert, president and CEO, Royal Enterprises America.

Percoa precast pervious concrete is engineered with an open-cell structure to allow rainwater to drain directly through its entire surface. The precasting creates a stronger and more durable paved surface than poured-in-place pervious products. Royal Environmental is able to utilize Percoa's technology to produce precast pervious slabs and pavers with consistent structural characteristics, uniformity and predictable performance.
