Sept. 11, 2025

Bruce Doig, director of Public Works & Utilities for the City of Altamonte Springs, discusses the A-First Project, a first-of-its-kind partnership in Florida that brought together the city, the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and other agencies.
