SW FeeSaver LLC, is a value engineering consulting firm located in Greenville, South Carolina. We have two divisions, SW FeeSaver & SW Products. SW FeeSaver was formed in 2012 to solely operate obtaining commercial property owners Stormwater Fee Credits from governmental fees collected for specific real property. The second division, SW Products was formed in 2013 to design, manufacture and distribute an erosion control device called a skimmer. Our brand name for our skimmer is The “Marlee Float” which comes in three models providing ten orifice flow rate options. The “Marlee Float” was first introduced in the 2013 National StormCon Conference in Myrtle Beach, SC, with sales beginning in September, 2013.
