The Intl. Erosion Control Assn. (IECA) Region One and the IECA Southeast Chapter has signed an agreement with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 4 to hold a two day conference in Charlotte, N.C., in August 2014.
The primary focus of the event will be management of the MS4 function within the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 4 states. The conference, the “Municipal Wet Weather Stormwater Conference,” will provide educational content focused on the science and technology of storm water management, storm water quality and erosion, and sediment control. MS4 operators, consultants, contractor and others practicing the disciplines of storm water are encouraged to attend.
IECA and the IECA Southeast Chapter will announce more details this month and will begin accepting submissions for the call for presentations in early 2014.
