Profile Products Completes Manufacturing Facility Upgrade

Profile Products recently completed the final phase of a yearlong upgrade to processing equipment at its Blue Mountain, Miss., manufacturing facility.

This major investment allows the company continued expansion of production capacity and flexibility in its product mix, further enhancing Profile’s position in the sports turf, golf and agriculture markets. The company, which manufactures a comprehensive line of ceramic particles, is widely known for its Turface brand of sports field conditioners.

The upgrades were completed without any unscheduled downtime at the plant, and were done with a close eye on safety throughout the process. The manufacturing facility recently celebrated one million consecutive safe hours without a lost time accident.
