March 1, 2009

IECA currently is seeking proposals for presentations to be given at Environmental Connection 2010 (EC10), IECA’s annual conference and expo to be held February 14–18, 2010, in Dallas, Texas.

Format options for this event include technical papers showcasing original research, case studies, workshops, forums, and poster presentations.

Topics should focus on one or more of IECA’s Technology Sections, which include slope technology, stream restoration, vegetative establishment, stormwater management, wetlands technology, erosion and sediment control, and beach and shoreline stabilization wind erosion.

All presentation proposals will go through IECA’s peer-review process. If selected, submitters will be asked to prepare a final presentation, which will then be peer-reviewed.

Top Five Reasons Why Your Company Should Exhibit

    1. The show has sold out the last four years.

Find out what every past exhibitor knows about our audience. Qualified buyers, such as specifiers, distributors, consultants, and contractors, flood our show floor.

  • Heavy traffic during expo hours.
IECA provides prize drawings and lunch throughout the show to draw traffic. Exclusive expo hall time is also scheduled so attendees don’t have to choose what to attend.
  • Qualified buyers come to your booth.
Our floor is small enough that our qualified attendees do a great job of making it to everyone’s booth. Then it’s up to you to tell them about your competitive advantage.
  • The largest soil and water event in North America.
EC10 is the largest place for erosion, sediment, and stormwater equipment products, and services in the US.
  • Find distributors, specifiers, and buyers at EC10.
About a third of our attendees are contractors, a third are engineers, and a third are government personnel. Only at EC10 will you reach everyone that is involved in the erosion and sediment control process.
