Environmental Connection 2014, the world’s largest soil and water event, will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Environmental Connection 2014’s Expo Hall has 20,200 square-feet of solutions-Environmental Connection 2014 exhibitors will be launching new products, demonstrating  cutting-edge technology and sharing the ways their services can meet your unique needs. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to find solutions to your toughest challenges. Our expo hall hours are Thursday from 11:45 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. We will also celebrate the expo hall opening with a reception on Thursday from 3:00-5:00 p.m.

Sample soil from other regions and learn about new technologies-This year IECA will have two Learning Labs in the Expo Hall. This gives attendees the opportunity for an interactive and engaging educational experience. Sample soils from across the southeast region on Thursday from 11:45 a.m.-5:00 p.m. at IECA’s Southeast Chapter Learning Lab. If you want to learn about new products and technology, be sure to attend our Product Learning Lab, which will be held Thursday and Friday. Product presentations will include the following vendors: Terra Novo, Phoenix Paper Products, Crane Materials, HB Next, Applied Polymer Systems, Hamilton Manufacturing Inc., Geo Products, and Filtrexx International.

Take a tour of the city’s green development-You have the option to go on one (or two) field tour(s). On Thursday, learn how Nashville integrates low-impact development concepts into public and private projects, including Nashville’s new Convention Center, Metro Office Building, Metro Water Services, and Metro Public Square. The other field tour option, held on Friday, will explore a Nashville construction site. At this tour you will be able to see BMPs installed and all types of products used, including wattles, new erosion control materials, and baffles.
