Finn Reorganizes Sales Department
Fairfield, OH (February 25, 2014): FINN Corporation, a world leader in the manufacturing of environmental, erosion control and landscape equipment and materials, announces the restructuring of its equipment sales department to service both its dealer network and direct sales territories more efficiently.
“Tim Gerbus, FINN Director of Dealer Development, is now directly responsible for our internal sales team of Distribution Sales Managers (DSM’s) in addition to his continued management of the dealer network,” said Gerbus’ immediate supervisor, Rob Jelinek, Vice President Sales & Marketing. “By shifting the direct reporting lines to Tim from me, we will improve and simplify the communications flow to-and-from our internal sales group along with our dealer network. This division of duties also allows me more time to concentrate on our overall long-term sales strategies.”
In addition to Gerbus’ expanded duties, three new Distribution Sales Managers have been added in the past two months, all FINN experienced, qualified individuals.
Rick Ramani of southern California now covers the entire Northwest U.S., Nevada, and California. He works with FINN dealer, Road Machinery, Inc., which covers Arizona, New Mexico, Southern California, and Western Texas. Previously a FINN sales representative at the dealer level, he has the background necessary to immediately contribute to both FINN and Road Machinery. Ramani sells direct to his remaining territory while also researching new dealer options for these areas.
Nine of FINN’s East Coast and Eastern Canada dealers have a new DSM in Ron Ciolfi (pronounced chee-off-ee). Ciolfi comes to FINN with fourteen years of FINN equipment experience at the dealer level. Now with such an expansive dealer territory, this experience and understanding of FINN Corporation is invaluable and will allow him to positively impact his dealers immediately.
Brian Paddock is now responsible for FINN direct sales in Kentucky, West Virginia, Southern Ohio, and Southern Indiana. Paddock has been with the FINN organization for many years as part of its CWS (Cincinnati Wholesale Supply) division. He will continue to work closely with CWS on the hydroseeding consumable side of the business.
